Once you have been approved you will be required to provide a cashier’s check or money in the amount of the deposit to hold the property. You will be required to pay the first month’s rent on move in day by cashier’s check or money order. All rent payments thereafter may be paid by personal check. Any prorated rent credits are applied to the 2nd month’s rent.
Because utilities may not be on, it is important to make arrangement before your move-in date.
