LV Brokerage is a full service property management company. Whether you need monthly management or just need assistance leasing your property, we are here to help.


Unlike the traditional management companies, LV Brokerage prides itself on being a small company. It allows us to customize our management services to meet the needs and goals of each property.


  • Properties are managed by a licensed real estate broker.
  • Weekend and evening business hours.
  • Management fees starting at $50.00 per month.


Using a common sense approach to property management and investing in advanced property management software, we are able to keep our operating costs down which allows us to offer lower management fees to our owners and provide a higher quality of service.


  • Tenants can pay their rent and submit maintenance requests online.
  • Owners received electronic payments directly into their account.
  • Monthly statements delivered directly to your email.


All management agreements and lease-up agreements are 30 day agreements. We are not interested in locking owners into management agreements that they do not want to be in.

Monthly Management Services

  • Provide detailed monthly accounting statements for all income and disbursements.
  • Collect rents and deposits which are maintained in a client's trust account, subject to periodic auditing.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency service.
  • Handle all tenant problems.
  • Regular property inspections.
  • Recruit and hire qualified vendors.
  • Coordinate maintenance & rent ready repairs.
  • Show vacancies on weekends and evening.
  • Coordinate eviction proceedings.
  • Leasing services.

Lease-up Services

For a one-time fee of 50% of the first month’s rent, LV Brokerage will find a great tenant for your property.

Our Lease-up Service Includes:


  • Recommendations & vendor referrals to make your vacancy rent ready.
  • Provide current rent comps so your vacancy is priced right.
  • Advertise and market your property. In addition to numerous web advertisements, your property will be listed on the MLS.
  • Handle all showings and open houses.
  • Thoroughly review applications, run credit, eviction, and criminal reports.
  • Sign lease and all required addendums with tenants.


If your unit doesn’t rent, we don’t get paid. If your tenant stays less than a year, we will find you another tenant at no additional cost!
